Timeframe in which we accept returns?

We accept returns for all products if Return request is raised within 5 days after Delivery by mailing us at info@beautycart24x7.com.

Condition for Returning products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Contact our customer service team via email at info@beautycart24x7.com or through our backend system.
  • 2. Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return request.
  • 3. Once the return request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup of the returned product.
  • 4. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for the return shipment.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is covered by us , Customer does not have to pay for it .

Return Window : 5 Days

How will customers get the return label?

Return Label will be included in box with the product .Kindly mail us at info@beautycart24x7.com and we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product . After we receive a request from your side , reverse pickup will be arranged and product will be picked up .

Under What Conditions Returns are not Eligible ?

Please note that Beauty Mart will not process return requests for the following reasons:

  • 1. Product damage due to misuse/overuse
  • 2. Use or alteration of the product by the user
  • 3. Return without original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged
  • 4. Tampering with the product’s serial number or barcode
  • 5. Request initiated beyond 5 days of order delivery

What If “Customer” receives Wrong Product or Damaged Product ?

Returns and Refunds are Covered for all Damages in Transit / Wrong Product Delivered.

On receiving incorrect products, please mail us at info@beautycart24x7.com asap and we will get the parcel picked from your order address and ship the right product to your doorstep soonest. We are always there for any exchange/refund/return .
